The hotel has a fantastic location, making it convenient for exploring the area. While the lobby feels a bit dated, the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional team—friendly, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile. I truly appreciated their hospitality, especially allowing me to check in early in the morning, which was a huge relief. The only downside was the water situation. The shower had low water pressure, only a fixed overhead showerhead, and the water temperature hovered on the verge of cold rather than warm. This was a bit disappointing, but aside from that, everything else was great. Overall, a wonderful stay with outstanding service—just wish the shower experience was better

We loved our stay at this hotel. We did not like the limited lighting in our room. It was very dark. But overall, we would stay here again. We were able to walk to dinner and the museums and not have to deal with parking.
