Over all this place was great. The only downside was the water wasn’t really hot and no work out area. The water passed my temperature approval but I have very low standards and it could have been hotter for me. Will be back. Thanks for everything ✨

Apartment stay very limited service
So this is a very limited service apartment hotel property. Housekeeping is only before check in. They did a good job but there was no service during the stay at all. I did not know where to deposit trash. The communication was fine. The lock on the door is a code they email to you. The battery on the lock started saying to replace battery. So I was worried I was going to be locked out. Did not happen though so overall it was fine but little things were a little disconcerting. Just would have been helpful to get a contact phone if maintenance or trash pickup was needed.

It was great they let us use secured lockers for our luggage since we arrived a few hours early before check-in. Our room was fine, clean, it fit our needs. I was hoping for a floor with a nicer view out the window. We were on the LL floor - below 1. I felt like we were underground. So that wasn't my preference. Communication-wise, they were pretty quick to respond. I usually like to stay in places where there's someone at the front desk 24-7. This trip, the priority was to be close to the National Mall and museums on a budget for a 1-night stay. Overall everyone was nice - even the bus driver who took us to the national mall. Having two bedrooms two bathrooms and a full kitchen was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Could catch a Circulator bus to the mall area easily, but I understand they're discontinuing that. Liked the restaurants nearby, but the nearest grocery store was nearly half mile away.

Overall this place was ok. Low rating for cleanliness though, because there was a used bandaid on the rug when I first walked in. Also, getting in initially was tricky because I couldn't figure out how to make the numbers appear on the keypad (you have to hold your finger in the bottom left corner). I called and they answered promptly and told me what to do. The bedroom is very small - barely larger than the bed - but there is a good sized closet and a separate living room. Unfortunately, the light in the closet was out so I had to keep my suitcase in the living room in order to be able to find anything in it.
