Hotel was fine. Clerk nice. Nowhere to leave car to check in. Many cars blocking lane with flashers on. Went inside less than 5 minutes to check in. Came out & car towed. Total scam. Ruined my trip. Late to event. Had to Uber to urine-soaked disgusting tow lot. Nasty worker with bad attitude took 25 minutes to pay for car. Many others arrived from exact same spot while I was there. Hotel has to be in on it. Never experienced anything so absurd trying to check in. Do NOT stay here unless you're arriving by plane or train!

I would avoid!
Our first room was disgusting. The bathroom was so filthy that we had to change rooms entirely. The second room we got was in better shape, but it was not with a city view as we paid for. Come morning time, a staff knocks on our door asking if we are checking out. We had two hours to check out and didn’t appreciate being disturbed early. I would not rebook with this hotel. It was a grimey hotel with a lot of room for improvement.

The Westin is the perfect place to stay when in Arlington. The staff are welcoming and helpful and attend to your every need. Our room was comfortable and quiet and a pleasure to return to in the evenings. Their parking garage is a huge plus. The Westin Arlington is convenient to the Metro, shopping, and has many dining options available nearby. We look forward to staying at The Westin Arlington on all our future visits.
