We come to DC a couple of times a year for concerts. The his is our new favorite hotel to stay. The staff really do go beyond to address guest needs and are very welcoming. Creates a great vibe. Love this hotel!

My stay at the Viceroy in DC was excellent. The hotel was lovely, the staff was very accommodating, and we even enjoyed the restaurant, Dove Tail. The location was perfect; we could easily walk to 14th Street.

MY STAY AT THE VICEROY WAS, AS ALWAYS, FANTASTIC. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS AVAILBALE TO ASSIST WITH ANY MATTER THAT ARISES. THE LOCATION IS GREAT FOR FINE DINING AS WELL AS SHOPPING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE VICEROY HOTEL!

My ac/heater unit didn’t work properly made an insanely loud noise. Had to turn it off to sleep. Informed the hotel and nothing was done. Room was either too hot during the day and cold at night. Couldn’t enjoy the hotel at all

Windows need to be replaced with mold and fog in between double pane glass. Art covering bookcases in lobby looks very misplaced-much better on walls. Rooms need pens/paper. Housekeeping was great, as was front desk and valet staff. Coffee in shop in lobby tasted burnt and needs upgrade. Blackout blinds were amazing.
