We will be closed during the winter months, (Jan. & Feb.) and reopen March 1st, 2025. Enjoy the quiet setting of country living when you stay at this one bedroom, one bath home in Water Valley. This charming house sits on an acre of land in the country. Pets allowed upon approval from the host. $30 cleaning fee for each approved pet. 2 pet maximum. Children accompanying parents must be 10 years old or older. Enjoy an evening of quality time around the fire pit, (No need to buy wood, plenty is provided) or play a game of mega chess under the big oak tree. You will find amenities like barbecue grill, an iron, heating, AC, hair dryer, and Wi-Fi, everything you need is at your fingertips. Kickback, relax, and enjoy Peace in the Valley.

Great hospitality!
Jo was a great host! Very quick to answer any questions we had. We had a wedding in the area and she provided us with a late night snack, for when we came in, as well as several breakfast choices! Everything we would need was provided but there was a DG just around the corner if we needed anything!
