Kilmorey Lodge exceeded expectations with its warm, welcoming atmosphere and stellar service. Staff like James, the sous-chef, Erin the bartender along with Brent and Jordan at the front desk, truly made an impression with their exceptional hospitality and friendly demeanor. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the rooms and accessories added to the overall wonderful experience. I'd say Kilmorey Lodge is a must-stay if you're looking for a place in Waterton that feels like a home away from home.

Tall people don't fit in top floor, low ceiling and the microwave is install on the floor. The hot tub wasn't working after a long drive. The check-in agent was the rudest I've encountered in years. They try to send guests their own check in code. However getting there from most directions has virtually no cell coverage to receive it.

Facilities were excellent. Food was barely adequate. Check in girl was terrible said no lake side avail relieved by man who offered lake side to checkin couple. There at 2 said wait till 330. Man said come on in at 3 Ask for cc of bill Couldn’t do couldn’t tell me amt Girl was just rude. Bothered by whole thing I’d fire her if it was my hotel Overall place is top shelf. Good. Ordered best steak. Thin tough food was warm not hot staff could care less Gonna try across streetnext year

The hotel was in a great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good hotel. However most businesses in Waterton village were closed and boarded up which was a real shame for people visiting from other parts of the world as it looked like a ghost town.

Wow, could not have asked for a more beautiful lake view room! Staff at front desk & dining were all amazing. The food was so good, even a dedicated gluten free fryer, and bun options. Waterton park is absolutely beautiful, lodge is a great location to walk a long the paved walkway around the water/ townsite or a short drive to all hikes. Such a wonderful spot!!

We had a great stay with a room looking out to the lake, staff were all friendly and the food was delicious. We want to thank Caitlin for adding an extra touch for a birthday celebration. We look forward to coming back.
