There was a lot of noise coming from the heater. In addition, the bathroom exhaust was quite noisy and there was no way to turn it off.. and the swimming pool room was super cold

Staff was great. Rooms very clean. Breakfast was great. Pool was a little cold for a heated pool. Rooms not very sound proof. Was woken by a crying baby in the room next to us in the early hours. Kept up a little by children playing loudly in another room late at night. O/A I would definitly stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The room was clean the jet tub was clean functional and perfect. There was one staff member however, just one, that when we went down for breakfast she kept cutting off my significant other and tossing her hair around food reaching over and around us without a single excuse me. She didn’t ruin our stay but def dampened our morning with her rude stank behavior!
