It is walking distance to the Waterville Triangle Historic District settled in 1792. Wonderful Stay for Hamilton College Parents
My wife and I stayed here for the weekend of Hamilton College's 2024 Commencement and were very impressed. Clean, modern, comfortable and perfectly situated, with access to a smart TV and WIFI (despite the rural location). Food and beverage offerings were highly appreciated. We will definitely be back!

This is a very cozy place and really great for the area. Fits 2 guests extremely well with all the amenities you could need. We were there for college visits, so perfectly located between Colgate and Hamilton (20 minutes in each direction). I would highly recommend this location!

The first evening was warm and beautiful and were sitting on the front steps when a man appeared w a table and chairs and set them up for us. We ate dinner outside and it was a lovely night!
