Eh so-so.
For starters the check-in process was awful. No one was at the front desk. There was a sign that said to call "0" for assistance which we called and no one answered. But after a minute someone came out who was directly behind the counter and could hear people coming into the hotel, but was ignoring them. The hotel was not even halfway full, and while I completely understand being short-staffed, there is no excuse why an employee could stop folding towels for one minute to help guests when they arrive. Also, he gave us a hard time about checking in a little early even though the room was empty and clean. And again, I understand corporate policies, to me why wouldn't you want your hotel full of people instead of sitting empty? However, I will say that the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the pool/hot tub was nice, but it needs to be cleaned. The breakfast area was large, the food was good and they had a nice selection of food to choose from. The hotel also has a large conference area and bar that they really should be utilizing, because the place was practically empty when we were there. Overall, not a terrible place to stay but they NEED to hire more staff and advertise to get, more people in the doors.

Rebecca Rahn 1/5 3 days ago on Google Stay started off great, management was super nice and informational about what they accommodated there. The room cleanliness was not good. We got a hot tub king suite and instantly you notice on the hot tub mirror, there were full hand prints. Gross. The room smelled, I had to go buy air freshener to help. The bed was ungodly uncomfortable. Then at midnight, after we got back to our room, we were going to use the hot tub and it wouldn't hold water at all. It would fill and then immediately drain. At check out the next morning, I brought it to their attention and I got accused of not knowing how to plug the tub. It was the simple push. We even tried to push and turn it, just in case, but no. Due then said that i shouldn't called down for someone to fix it. Seriously?? At that hour, we just went to bed. They would not credit anything back to us because we had to book through Expedia. She said we had to book through their site only if we wanted any credit. She said she could see if she could do anything for a future stay, but probably not likely. Even if we lived remotely close, i still wouldn't go back. That woman was absolutely horrible, rude and just not professional at all. Should Not even work there. I would've at least tried to be nice about it. I'm sure if management was there, it would have been a better check out. Stayed in room 324.

Definitely recommend for simple and comfortable
We felt welcomed the moment we walked in. Staff were all friendly, helpful and polite. Check in was easy. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. TV was new, Fridge was good size and they also got laundry available plus pool and fitness room. It was a very enjoyable one nite stay for us to recharge and continue our travel. There were plenty of space to walk your dog and clean lawn. A gas station and a cafe across the parking lot where you can walk to.

Average hotel. Nothing special.
It was ok. Your average hotel. Bad things were the pool was dirty, no water in vending machine, blow dryer did not work, no small bars of soap. Had to use bulk liquid soap. Breakfast was so so. Powder eggs and frozen sausage for the hot stuff and ran out at 8:30 am with no refill. Coffee was ok. I paid $200 for the room and did not feel it was worth it.

I enjoyed the pool area.I didnt like the fact that someone approached us about the towels from the pool area when we werent even at the pool yet.lol I would suggest politlely putting a sign up by the pool.
