Welcome to our home surrounded by mature trees for a relaxing atmosphere with sound of birds, perfect for your work from home or next family vacation. Mins from Waxhaw DT, WiFi, Fully stocked kitchen (coffee maker/coffee, toaster etc.), Laundry, Iron/Iron board, Essential Toiletries.

You will have a private, quiet home in the middle of woods, at least that's what it would feel like. The home is surrounded by mature trees offering plenty of shade and a scenic view from all the windows. It would not feel like you are staying in the middle of Waxhaw, minutes away from local shops, restaurants, and if need be, a hospital.

The spacious fully fenced and improved backyard also features an in-ground fire-pit with plenty of bench seating to gather around and create lasting memories.

The interior of our home is equally inviting. The open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen provide a perfect space for quality family time or a romantic dinner for two. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and all the necessary equipment to prepare a home cooked meal or to enjoy take-outs.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with comfortable bedding and plenty of closet space. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, adding an extra level of privacy for couples. Two 55" Smart Roku TV's for Netflix, Prime Video binging too.

Our home also has a detached 2 car garage and a big driveway, providing ample parking space.

The quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac ensures a peaceful and relaxing stay.

We can't wait for you to experience the tranquility of our home and the surrounding area. Come create memories that will last a lifetime in this peaceful oasis.

HOUSE RULES-

1- NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO WEED, NO PARTIES, NO GATHERINGS. These are non-negotiable rules which if found to be breaking, could result in an eviction AND a fine, minimum $350 or more depending on the amount of cleaning and damage found.

2- Quiet residential neighborhood. No Excessive Noise or Music.

3- No Street Parking/Blocking ANY driveway. No big moving Trailers or RV's allowed to be parked. Garage is only suitable to park smaller SUV's inside.

4- NO SELF-TANNING, GLITTER OR HAIR DYE to be used in the home. Shower, towels, linens or furniture if found to be stained or damaged, will be charged according to the replacement cost of the item.

5- NO PETS ON BED OR FURNITURE. Min $100 or more for cleanup or replacement fee of the damaged item.

6- Disclaimer- “We get Pest spray done regularly for bugs and other insects as well as the place is professionally cleaned after every stay; however, being very close to nature, there is a possibility of seeings bugs/insects inside and other wildlife outside the home. If you are uncomfortable with this possibility, you should not book this property. Thank you”

7- Note- We provide starter kit of essential consumables like coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, laundry detergent, dish pods, toilet paper, paper towel, etc. For longer than a week stay, you are welcome to bring your own.

Absolute gem
We stayed at this property for one week while we relocated to NC from NV. The house is gorgeous, inside and out, with a clean modern style. It’s located in a quiet cul de sac, which was much appreciated during our stressful move, but still easy to access main roads to restaurants and shops. The kitchen was amply stocked with cooking equipment, plus some basic staples. Having access to a washer and dryer was divine. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and family who plan to visit us in Waxhaw.

Great stay!
Lovely home on a beautiful wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a local wedding and the location was superb. Tons of restaurants and shops within 3 minutes and the town of Waxhaw was so cool with people strolling around. Communication with the owner was top notch! Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for 4 adults. We would definitely recommend!

Great location
The location is ideal. The property as a large backyard with a firepit. The biggest downfalls are the couches. They arent meant to sit in. The backs are so low and they are very hard. The other problem is the hot water. I was unable to give my kids a proper was due to the lack of hot water. It would only fill the bath about 1/4 of the way and the shower would run out after 5 minutes.

We stay in rentals very often. This stay was for a Regional Volleyball in Rock Hill. This home was the MOST abundantly stocked home we have ever stayed at. So often, you know the drill, check in to find 1 tissue box, 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 trash bag. I typically pack an entire basket of supplies, but I forgot them this time. Imagine my delight to find multiples of everything! That is generosity and a sign of what you will find in this home. The home is clean, the beds are comfortable, the driveway is terrific for multiple cars and the wind chimes in the front of the house are intoxicatingly peaceful.

We spent 6 weeks in Waxhaw. Was able to work from home during part of the stay. Beautiful back yard to have family come for dinner. Listing met all of our needs. A BBQ grill would be a great addition.
