Sehr zufrieden
Da Hotel ist sehr modern, sauber, freundliche Mitarbeiter und parken konnten wir auch sehr gut. Mir taten jedoch die Mitarbeiterinnen beim Frühstück sehr leid, da es voll war und sie es kaum schafften, alles schnellstmöglich nachzufüllen. Mich hat es nicht gestört, dass es manchmal etwas länger dauerte.

Ein schönes Hotel in Toplage am Wedeler Hafen. Ausreichend große Zimmer, gute Betten. Sehr freundliches Personal - ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt

Man hatte das Gefühl, der erste Gast im Zimmer zu sein . Allerdings fehlte noch der knauf an der duschtür, und das Zimmer wurde auch nicht gereinigt. Also alles in allem gut mit viel Luft nach oben

Alles was goed en de omgeving was prachtig, behalve de disco in de nacht, waardoor ik niet kon slapen. Geen idee of het uit hotel kwam of ernaast, maar je kon alles goed horen, terwijl er geen ramen open waren. Dat was wel jammer, daarom ook 4 sterren

I was in Wedel from 14 till 16 jun 2024, first of all I have booked because of the water view and I got a room with land View, then they told me they have no room free I have to accept the only offer, then morning at 7 till 8 clock noise in the corridor, unbelievable 😌, and after few moments the service from hotel open with his card my room without knocking 😡, the reception of hotel was very kind and helpful, by check out I was 25 minutes late, but they have kindly accepted, at all this hotel is not price value, you can find much better places with same offer. I just toke some minutes to share my view in order to help others

Der Frühstücksraum wird auch für Feiern vermietet. Sehr laut in den darüberliegenden Zimmern mit Hafenblick! Um 1.00 Uhr nachts war die Terrasse voll mit lautfeiernden Partygästen. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken! Beschwerde wurde sehr nett von der Dame an der Rezeption entgegengenommen. Man wollte die Geschäftsführung informieren, da sich bereits einige Gäste beschwert hatten! Kein entgegenkommen, nichts! Wir werden das Hotel nicht wieder betreten! Wir werden auch mit unseren Freunden in Wedel darüber sprechen!

Nice new hotel, comfortable beds (although an additional pillow would have been nice), nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was to the small side, to the price charged one would have expected more, but they had free parking.

Top Lage, schöne Zimmer, schlechtes Housekeeping
Das Hotel ist neu, die Außenanlagen sind jetzt fertig und wunderschön geworden. Die Tiefgarage ist nutzbar und derzeit noch kostenfrei. Die Lage direkt an der Elbe und der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer sind top. Mitarbeiter im Restaurant und an Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Nur der Zimmerservice ist unterirdisch. In 3Tagen wurde nicht 1x geputzt, die Betten nicht gemacht und nur die Handtücher gewechselt. Für Ende Mai war es schon recht warm, das Objekt hat keine Klimaanlage und daher ist es im Haus selbst und auch in den Zimmern sehr warm. Die Sonne scheint auch den ganzen Tag voll auf die Fensterfronten - wirklich schade, dass man bei einem Neubau daran gespart hat. Es war trotzdem sehr schön, die Suite war geräumig und der Kühlschrank hat sogar ein Gefrierfach. Geschirrtücher wären noch gut, damit man das Geschirr auch abtrocknen kann.

An der Duschtür fehlte der Griff der Föhn funktionierte nicht und die Böden waren nicht geputzt. Ausblick ist toll wenn alles ok wäre eine schöne Hotelanlage.

Neues Hotel am Rand von Hamburg direkt an der Elbe. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist in 3 Gebäude aufgeteilt. Leider kann man diese bei schlechtem Wetter nur durch die Tiefgarage trocken erreichen. Ansonsten ein Top Hotel mit toller Lage.

Elbausblick ist auf jeden Fall eines Besuches wert
Das Hotel ist neu und riecht noch ein wenig nach Farbe und anderen Baumitteln. Das Zimmer hatte einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Elbe, den Wedeler Hafen und die Hafenpromenade. Das Spiel des Wassers und der Beleuchtung, sowie riesige die vorbeifahren waren schon des Aufenthaltes wert. Die Zimmer sind eher für Businessreisende ausgelegt, mit eher wenig Platz für Kleidung. Das Bad ist zwar neu und hübsch, aber sehr klein und das Verlassen der Dusche ohne Handgriff an der Tür eher schwierig. Im Bad gibt es auch ganz wenig Ablagefläche.
