I absolutely loved the view. I wish we could have stayed longer. It made me really want to return. Even on a soggy, windy evening there was something positively magical about the 15th floor hotel room that evening. Not sure if it was the deep quiet despite the horrid weather or the warmth of the room or the picturesque houses on the hillside out the window but I slept like the dead and thoroughly enjoyed the super hot shower too. No luke warm trickle of shower here! Next time I’m definitely going wake early enough for the buffet.

Awesome staff and excellent location
Had the Junior Suite next to Harbour View Lounge . Roomy and comfortable with a nice view . Location was awesome . Lift in lobby went straight down to Lambton Quay so was close to everything . Service was excellent . The staff at desk, room service , cleaning , restaurant and bar were wonderful and the food was great. Would definitely stay again . Only downside was the lack of a door on the bathroom . I know the toilet was in a separate room but it’s still a bit odd to not have a door for the bathroom . However it didn’t ruin our stay nor will it stop us from staying again .

This is a very convenient hotel in Wellington with accessible parking. The particular room was dated (but knew this from previous stays). It was clean and the shower was good with lovely Antipodes products in the bathroom. The air conditioning was noisy and it was difficult to hear television.

Lovely stay
Very comfortable stay. We had noisy neighbours (next room) in the early hours with shouting and slamming doors but obviously not the hotel’s fault. Room was lovely, shower pressure probably could use a little improving.

The hotel has been updated recently and it looks good. The food as usual is up to standard. I would like to see the evening buffet come back on but the a la carte menu is comprensive. The breakfast buffet is back on though and good to see the chef cooking eggs to order. Love to watch him cooking eggs sunny side up. I wish I could do that

The hotel is in the city centre so the shops and cafes are close by. They have just finished renovating the rooms and they are looking good. The bathroom I found spacious and although I did not use the shower it is a nice large one. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the meals in the resturant are fresh and well cooked. I would like to see the evening buffet come back but the choice in the a la carte menu is also good Nice to see the breakfast buffet back though.
