The motel was very run down and no actual reception on site , upon arrival we saw a sticker on old reception door for us to go to another motel down the road to receive keys ( no heads up about this during booking ) , everything was closed up and looked uninviting , very basic cleaning ( stove dirty ) , we had 4 guests in a family suite and were only provided a hand towel ( no towels to shower with ) - it’s fine if your travelling on a budget and want to keep things basic , nice sized rooms etc but could do with a bit of TLC

Staff were super helpful when we stayed there for 4 nights. Our first night in our room the tv remote was not found then next morning staff offered us to move to another room which was helpful comfortable bed, tv with remote, clean room overall.

Broken window frame meant window couldn’t be closed or locked. Locked door could be opened with next to no force. Bed base was broken so bed was like a banana. Tv was unusable even for free to air tv. Wifi drops out continuously. Room was overall extremely rundown, outdated and easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed

We freaked out no one was at the office had to ring to find out whats going on to be told to drive up the road to another Motel to get the key and drive back. Was not informed we needed to do this. Every surface was sticky and yuck, pillows were what we wouldnt even call a pillow full stop. No hand towels or face cloths. Smoke detector was not in sight but hidden in a draw and Wi-Fi was useless kept cutting out was frustrating

Arriving 5.30pm had to go to another motel to get key to room get in room to find no bath towels or mat had to go back to get these from the other motel. towels had black grease type stains on them Had shower in the morning. the shower leaked all over bathroom floor and out into the kitchen area. the seals on the shower door had black mold all over them, other faults too numerous to mention. When returning the key we told them about the shower and we were told "oh don't worry about it" this motel should be. I believe. de-listed off your choice list for motels in that area

This has got to be the worst place i have ever stayed. For starters, when we arrived to check-in, there was a note on the door saying we had to collect the keys from another motel down the road (no pre-warning of this). The double bed was snapped in the middle and sunk right down. Booked for 3 adults, was only given 2 towels. The unit itself was very run-down and dirty. Would not recommend at all

Units were dirty, water in shower did not drain away so filled up with water which spilt out onto bathroom floor. Toilet seat was broken and quite dangerous to sit on. Carpet was very stained as were bath towels.

The room itself was really good for what we needed. Lots of room for kids. Unfortunately there was alot of things missing. No tea towel or scrubing brush to wash dishes. The bathroom towels were ripped and had lots of black marks on them. No hand towels, face cloths or bath mat.There was no plug in the bath. Rubbish not emptied and we stayed for 5 nights. Lightblubs missing. No reception, after driving 6 hours it would be nice to know we had to go somewhere else to get the key.
