The staff were so accommodating and lovely. The hotel was cozy and homely. Clean and Lovely. The area is so convenient and is within walking distance to exciting sights and activities. Could not be more happy with our stay! Will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends!

This was my second time staying at the property. Upon checking in, our initial room was a bit outdated in comparison to the previous room I had stayed in. Nonetheless, it was a place to stay (the initial room wasn't overly clean). Our tv didn't work, so the front desk agent came to try and fix it. Upon not having any luck, he upgraded us to a new room and this room was clean and spacious. Would stay here again! The location is convienent and staff are great!

Convenient CBD, easy walking and friendly staff
Convenient to coffee, food , walk to CBD venues and shopping. Rooms conforrtable. If happy to eat out good place to stay as has fridge and kettle but no cooking facilities. However with diverse eating pptions within a few minutes walk who needs a kitchenette.

The staff was extremely lovely and helpful. However, the room felt a bit old. The sink in the bathroom was somewhat blocked, and the showerhead was fixed in an upward position without any flexibility. Not a perfect set up for short people. The rooftop restaurant was really good and amazing food and drink :)

Although we couldn't turn the heater up or down, and the damp in the room was unhygienic, and the noise outside the room and hotel was too much as the room had no noise cancelling properties, we found our stay to be top notch.
