Great location and the staff were amazing. Not just helpful but truly friendly which nowadays is sometimes hard to come by. Clean, comfortable and very quiet. Will definitely stay again

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. Parking was limited and tight but still available. The location is great! It's within walking distance to downtown, which has tons of options for eating, drinking, and shopping.

WAY overpriced. Old, uncomfortable mattress, old style key that I was afraid of losing and needing to pay for. Very tight and limited parking. Overall, a very clean little motel in a very overpriced overhyped area.

Great property! There is only one parking spot per room rented so just keep that in mind if you have big groups, but it was a great stay. They gave us a parking pass so we could park there for free before check in and not have to battle the crazy parking situation in downtown Leavenworth.

I had stayed here for 1 night and experienced was terrible, customer service was ok but my room was not comfortable. The air conditioning was so loud and made noise all day all night long. We could not sleep, turned off the air conditioning because of noise but was so hot and turned it on again with ears plug on but still not able to sleep all night. I contacted the guest service but didn’t hear back and they didn’t take care of anythings for us. The amount we paid didn’t worth with the room at all. We normally never complain with such a thing but this was terrible experienced and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The desk manager was very helpful at check-in. Many hotels in this range no longer have a human on site, they've added cipher locks to each door. The footfall noise from the room above me was much more muted than other places I have stayed - good construction. This place is a short walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

Room was like a jail cell, dated lighting, door locksets, flooring, sound proofing, no wine bat as stated and over priced. Close to town was the exception.

First, this area is and can be a very expensive place to locate and pay for a hotel. There is a lot of options, and one needs to do their research. Management was very helpful but were not able to refund my last day of our lodging since it was booked through Expedia. I did not like the fact that the motel had a rule that the rooms would not be cleaned until one stayed more than 3 nights.
