Nestled on the mountainside in the branches and leaves, the house in the trees of the Hawk is very intimate and perfectly integrated with its natural forest. Perched on 10 feet of stilts, it is the ideal observatory for wildlife by day and stars by night from its panoramic terrace 30 feet above the ground. The imposing windows and the south-facing orientation allow you to fully enjoy the morning light as well as the sunsets.

The space
The resolutely ecological philosophy of the project (recycled materials used even in the manufacture of furniture, minimal intervention on the surrounding environment, firewood produces on the ground or locally, treatment of wastewater by a peat system, water supply by deep spring without any necessary treatment, heating and high-energy electricity, slow-burning wood stove, superior insulation, uncomfortable biodegradable household products, collection and recycling of packaging, collection and recovery of organic waste and ash...) has not sacrificed the comfort and modernity: hot and cold drinking water, shower bath, fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking hob, oven, washer-dryer, mechanical ventilation in the kitchen and the bathroom, the house, high speed internet, and even a dishwasher. We provide wood from the interior stove for the first two days. It is forbidden to take wood from outdoor storage (locked). Wood for sale in the gas stations. Consume wood in moderation is above all a matter of respect for the environment, thank you.
