We got to the property exoecting to get the room that we were promised, but was given an "upgraded room". Faulse statements on website, this room was NOT soundproof, and not the room we were promised. The staff was amazing and we appreciate that part of being there. We do not feel that these changes should be made without our approval

Great Hotel
Great hotel. Beach was mostly larger stones and a couple rock shelves. Better swimming 200 yds west or in Smugglers cove. Can’t consume tap water according to staff, so water in plastic or glass bottles. Taxi fares to/from anywhere are expensive, $15 per person one way or more.

First time in the bvi, was great I recommend you drive a rental, transportion was a challenge but in the hotel get taxi drivers for you and great people like Eddie and Marlise who the gave you a little knowledge of the area

Nice stay at this awesome location
Very good location. As I stayed at the lower priced rooms in the garden, I can only judge them. Could get a refreshment also it would be more easy for cleaning. But the location is awesome and very calm. The restaurant has good prices but you get really what you pay for. I recommend.
