Horrible
I got an email on the day of our arrival saying that the reservation was canceled to a break in. Had to scramble to find a place for 6 people. We were successful due to the help of some of the locals. During our conversation was told that the house as trashed During a party mor than a week before our arrival, further more they told me that even without the damage done during the party that the house is run down and seriously in need of repairs and should not even be available to rent. Over all it was a horrible experience. I would definitely stay away from this rental.

While this house was once beautiful, it is now a dump. We were greeted by gates hanging off their hinges and a shed with a fallen down door filled with junk. A rusted refrigerator lay in the front “botanical garden” and a discarded air conditioning unit adorned the back. The patio furniture consisted of folding chairs completely rusted out The only way to close the front door was with the deadlock. We estimated that fewer than half of the lights worked. When we reported this to the tourism office, they had us removed to a safer accommodation. This lodging would have ruined our trip except Cayman Brac is so wonderful. I would hate to see someone else book this residence and have an unpleasant vacation.

Great place
I had a well deserved holiday on Cayman Brac. I was a bit worried about how the flights would work out since this is a sister island of the main island but it turned out to be quick and easy no issues there. We rented this beach house although it was a short holiday we enjoyed every part of Cayman Brac what a special place. I highly recommend this beach rental the homes location is ideal if you want to get to anywhere on the island. We were greeted at the airport by the property host and had a walk through of this beautiful home the furniture was high end not what you would see in a rental usually. When we first drove up to it first impression is this place is HUGE. The homes upper patio deck could host a small village very large with sweeping coastline views including a nice private beach that my wife enjoyed collecting shells on while I went fishing on a charter. Inside the home was very spacious I could see us coming back here with more friends or another family. Everything was clean and organized and the beds which are important to me were King beds that was a nice feature. We never had any troubles all in all the house was lovely and the island is our favorite for diving and fishing and we do recommend renting this beach home for the value and quality you really get a bang for your buck

This place is beautifully made and everything was almost perfect and some items are in good condition, the kitchen is very spacious and the whole house was perfect for our vacation. The deck and the Hammock we all really enjoyed. We believe the pool belongs to the owner. Could have been nicer, if pool and surrounding areas are maintained well. Our plan was to stay and the house and enjoy. However there was dust on the floors and bugs everywhere. The washing machine was half rusted, the TVs do not work and the microwave is of no use. The whole property’s maintanence needs to be upgraded, we also couldn’t locate the house, there needs to be a sign outside and there was no exterior lighting so the house was a bit dark. There were no locks on bathroom doors so we couldn’t have our privacy as well as the master bedrooms bathroom has a huge hole in the wall, again there is no privacy. Overall our stay was not perfect but was okay And enjoyed. The above wasn’t a complaint, could have been enjoyable if maintained well. Thank you for your service.

My family and close friends have traveled to Cayman Brac almost every year now for the last 32 years for our scuba trips and to relax in one of the best islands in the world. This island is a hidden paradise more people should know about but I am happy they do not. I think we have stayed at pretty much every home rental that Cayman Brac has to offer and it is a hit or miss to be honest not everyone is honest about their rentals and be careful with viewing photo shopped rentals! However, this year we stayed at CaymanCayEstate David’s home and this home is by far our new favorite it is much nicer than the other rentals in many ways. The home is big and I mean really big tons of space for my family to stretch out. It is also decorated really nice so it feels like a real home. The beach and yard is not what we are use to seeing it is layered out like a real plant and flower park and my kids enjoyed exploring every part of it. This was our wedding anniversary trip so everything really came together and we recommend staying at David’s place it is a special one. The property managers were especially nice they really took good care of us I cannot thank them enough. We will be back next year a big thank you from everyone! Joseph
