Do not stay here, it's disgusting. I pre-paid for a room, when I got they gave me a room that had not been clean,I went to get another room it had not been cleaned as well. The guy at the counter said there where no rooms available. Did not get full refund.

Smells like marijuana all through the elevator and second floor as well as my room smelled like cat urine. The manager entirely mismanaged the stay and had horrible customer service. I would not want my kids here

The whole place smellled so gross! Our room was not properly cleaned! It was supposedly a non smoking but the entire place smelled like cigarettes. When we checked in the guy took forever to attend us was rude and then tried to set up Uber for us the next day on the side. He then said he was going to go up to pur room to give us his friends number. Luckily he forgot and didnt come up. But as two female solo travelers it was uncomfortable. The girl at check out was nice though. Anyways terrible experience overall also when we searched hotels searched for hotels near the port this was a result and it turns out we were no where near the port! We had to uber from our hotel another 30 minutes

The counter person seemed like he didnt want to be there. Very little to conversation. The first unit had no AC and the chairs in bith units were peeling. I could go on but I'll never stay there again

Smells like weed in building. My room had strong smoke odor. One person at desk and overwhelmed with sudden big work group coming in. Computer did not work. He had to write things down to check people in.

There is no service. No one to answer any questions you may have. The rooms are fine. But the house keeping staff are the rudest people I have ever encountered ever.
