First time staying at a Hawthorn and we were pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The suite layout is spacious and practical. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom had a separate vanity with a comfy chair And a 2 sided makeup mirror with magnifier. I usually have to bring my own when we travel. The hot breakfast buffet was amazing. It consisted of an extensive variety of freshly made items served on ceramic china by a friendly and pleasant staff. My husband and I will definitely be staying here again on future visits to West Palm Beach.

Some bumps in our stay
Bedding was dirty and we couldn't get replacement but it was during a hurricane so can't really fault them. They also cancelled my reservation after they had called to ask if I was still coming. They found us another room, so ended we'll.

Overall the room was clean and spacious. The woman working the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Road noise is very noticeable and loud as you are right next to I-95
