Everything was nice about the property. I got checked in with ease. However, the shuttle service was not fully explained, and the lady night host forgot to book my cab at the proper time. Staff was friendly, and I have no major complaints.

Quality choice near the airport with free parking
Good inexpensive choice 5 minutes from PBI and close to West Palm Beach. Standard hotel of this type with rooms opening to outer balcony/walkway. Only one elevator on the far end so if you're on the third floor you want to make sure you're close by. All-in-all a "quality" choice near the airport in that price range with free onsite parking.

Good room with dirty coffee machine
The room was nice. However, the coffee machine was so dirty inside that I couldn't drink coffee in the room. The lady in the night duty was not so professional. Although we reserved two rooms through hotels.com app, she insisted that there is only one reservation for one room. After I showed the online reservation, she finally admitted it. In the morning, staff members were so kind. Thanks to their kindness, breakfast was quite enjoyable. Furthermore, breakfast was very nice.
