Waited in line for 20 mins. Front desk agent was berating the lady in front of me. She then went to help me and let me know she only had smoking rooms available or I could get a room at the Golden Nugget down the road. I asked how long it would take and she flipped out on me to and told me to go stand in the corner with the other lady. The manager showed up and somehow miraculously found rooms for me, the other lady, and another guy. The front desk agent lied and said we were all mean to her when we were calm and she ran away crying. It was bizarre. Other guests were waiting for towels 20 mins. This is all at 9 pm. Many rooms are filled with 8-10 partying adults or large families that size with the door open hanging in the hallways. My room is next to an exit at the ground floor and a stairwell, neither is locked and both slammed shut loudly all night while people went in and out. Roaches were crawling on ground and in my stuff. Front desk told me it was normal they come inside and she couldn't do anything about it. I could leave if i wanted to. Two women had a verbal altercation outside my door. A man staying across from me also had a dog that started barking in the hallway so he beat his dog outside my door and screamed at it. I slept in my clothes with towels on top of the bedding. It was so dirty. Pillows stained, sheets stained with holes, smell to room, dirty bathroom. It was so expensive for how gross and unsettling it was.

Nice place the help from the front desk to the restaurant not good, just had surgery and did not need to walk very far but sent us to the completely wrong end of the resort. have no clue Restaurant hostess screaming and yelling at the customers, Pit Boss just watching the whole thing and walks away

We stay here often. Usually, it's pretty good. The bedside lamp and clock weren't working. I didn't call the desk, as we only stayed one night. The steps needed to be vacuumed, the casino just didnt seem as clean.

Went out here for my 21st birthday. Lost my ID but still had a blast. Shoutout the security guy for being genuine and keeping an eye out for me.

Easy access, comfortable, but nothing fancy
This was an okay place to stay, nothing fancy. It was one of the cheapest casino hotels to stay at. The room was small and a bit dated, but was comfortable enough to meet our needs as we were passing through Wendover. It had easy access and it was close to gas and a grocery store.

Our phone didn’t work and they didn’t replace it! Ice machine was broke! Stunk like smoke terrible! Load kids running down hall late! Would never stay there again! Dinner was pretty good!

The front desk employee was terrible we got there to check in there were 2 employees talking We’re waiting for them to helps we wait for 10 minutes they noticed but didn’t say anything No even hello or welcoming to us she was rude or she was upset I don’t understand why this person is working at the front desk . For me and my wife this was a first time staying at this place but we won’t ever come back.
