I liked the location, close to Hyannis. However, the room was outdated and not very clean, and one of the receptionists was impolite when he explained us that it was not possible to check in earlier unless we paid $20.

Great motel to stay at the Cape. Convenient location, renovated, and clean. The outdoor patio with a view on the garden was a pleasant surprise. However, the room had a smell (like feet) and the WiFi did not work.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Bathroom was clean as well, but could definitely use some updating. I personally didn’t care for the pedestal sink and the small shelf over it. No hook(s) to hang a towel while showering was a little annoying, but not a big deal. Staff was friendly, professional and check in was quick. We did not use either the indoor/outdoor pools or the hot tub. We would have no issues staying here again.
