57 anniversary trip.
The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing. The rest of our stay in West was very enjoyable. Loved the Imax and the grizzly center.

I think this hotel is somewhat overrated. It’s ok, but not amazing. The service was ok, the bed was hard, the sheets scratchy. It was a place to sleep, but I wouldn’t go back unless the price was right. They do have a fridge but do not have a microwave. The food we got at their small cafe was ok but not amazing. It’s just an ok hotel.

The Days Inn in West Yellowstone is serviceable but has seen better days. All the towels I used had frayed and ripped sides, the blanket on the bed was ratty, and while everything was clean, it was all a bit rundown. The gym is really nothing much and wasn’t terribly useful (even though it was one of the reasons I picked the property). But the bed was comfortable, so there’s that.

Great slide, not totally clean
The water slide was way better than expected. Good for the kids. At check in, first room was NOT cleaned. Took longer than it should have to get another room. Front desk needed to verify who didn't clean, what time, what wasn't cleaned, etc. Not necessary. Just change the room. Second room was kind of better. Mustard packets, q-tips, unflushed toilet, etc. -- just not great. The beds were made and the sheets had been washed. Probably not our first choice when we return.

We chose this hotel for our family Yellowstone trip based on the fun pool pictured. Our kids did enjoy the pool and slide. However, our first room was so dirty we had to ask to be moved. The front desk did accommodate our request. Our first room smelled so bad musty and b.o. i didn't even want to put my suitcase down. I noticed hairs in the sink and bathtub. Visible dirt on the floor indicated the room had not been cleaned properly. We noticed the common areas weren't vacuumed for our entire 3 day stay. The price was inexpensive and our kids enjoyed the pool.
