Plod, did you inform the Manager of any issues? We always encourage our Guests to come to us if there are any issues and they usually do and are happy for it. I think its far better to have any worries sorted rather than rushing online. No room has a broken TV to my knowledge. Guests have been full of praises about how filling our continental breakfast is and now that Full english breakfast has been introduced this February. A Guest told me today how proud they were of the way we have ensured that the character of the building has been maintained are kept it really nice looking. So opinion do differ a lot! I suggest that anyone reading this should check our sites elsewhere and you will see what I mean.

I must apologise on behalf of the Guest house about the inconvenience you described. We have many rooms in the Guest house. Perhaps asking if you can be shown another room could have saved you the inconvenience. Normally, there is inspection following the house Cleaners work to ensure everything is in tip top situation before arrival of our Guests. It appears that this may not have happened. I can assure you that lessons have been learnt from your experience.
