The walls are so thin you can hear everything that’s going on in the other rooms! I could barely get any sleep at all hearing all of the other people arguing all night and hearing the loud traffic outside! The facility was so unclean and dirty. Honestly they could maintain the rooms a lot more. The staff is about average. The whole entirety of this place needs to be changed. Most of the time the ac didn’t even work properly.

They gave away our room to someone else then blamed us for showing up later then 2 gave us a smoking room and it smelled worst experience I ever had I don’t recommend staying here

I book non-smoking room from expedia before 2 weeks. However, When I checked in they told me only smoking room is available. I disagreed because i booked non smoking room before. Then they told me if i want non smoking room they will charge me extra $18. I feel scammed when staying at this hotel. will never come back. terrible
