Usually my stays here are great and I'm satisfied all the way around. However, the room that they put us in this time was on the side of the property which I've never stated before .. it seemed like there was a lot more traffic and noise (neighbors all night music and loud stomping) and the furniture was old and wore down, the bed sounded like you were rolling over a pile of aluminum cans and was not too pleasant to lay in. Every other room, every other time has been significantly nicer. I don't understand. Not mad just a little confused and slightly disappointed

As soon as we entered our first room it stunk so bad of cigarettes. It was even a non smoking room but still smelled terrible. We asked for a room change only to come into the next room where the latch to the door in order to lock it, was broken. After that I thought to myself that I would just leave because that was already the second room and we were already uncomfortable.The staff were great though they apologized for everything but I still did not want to stay.
