It’s a nice hotel for a few days. It would be good to have the check-in instructions before arrival. We received the email with when we could check in after the arrival time and another email the following morning! Other than that, the hotel is very basic but nice and the rooms are very big which is a bonus

The night receptionist was rude, she couldn’t find the key to my room so put me in another which wasn’t ready, I had no hand wash or shower gel. Normally I would go back down to reception and say but didn’t check in until after midnight from a long flight

Awful mattress conditions
The springs were coming through the mattress. They couldn’t change it as the hotel was full. They gave us a couple of extra duvets to lie on but it didn’t really help. We were told to complain to a specific email address in the morning but have not had any response in nearly 2 weeks!

Lady on receptionist was really friendly after our long time in a 20 mile tailback :) The room was very clean and was perfect for a short stay.

First time opening the door was the smell in the room just hit all 3 of us,it’s smell off damp and the bed sheets was stained and dirty,the bathroom got hairs in the sink,bath and floor,carpet was stained and dirty,there was actually dirty toilet paper on the toilet seat and crumbs on the bedsheets.complaint to reception she was great ,got us another room but still not great so ask for refund and went to another hotel.first time stay there and will be our last time unfortunately.
