Take your shoes off and relax on the lake at Sasquatch’s Lake Retreat. This home offers spacious living areas and a comfortable patio with space for outdoor lounging and dining. Reap the benefits of forested lake views from large windows while preparing meals or playing games in the open-plan living-kitchen-dining area. Decompress after a day on the lake from the comfortable patio seating while watching boats go by. A lake retreat fit for even the most elusive forest cryptid.
The space
High speed internet is offered through Starlink connection. Perfect for working remote or streaming music and TV. Video calls or gaming may experience occasional interruptions. The primary bedroom offers a dedicated workspace with a monitor. WIFI calling and texting is recommended once arrived at the house, nearby cliffs limit cell service.

A large living room upstairs offers a 65 inch TV to stream your favorite shows or gather the family for a board game or puzzle. The open floor plan makes everyone feel like part of the action whether they are cooking, lounging, or enjoying the lake views. The living space downstairs offers another TV lounge area with Roku service. Washer and dryer are located in an upstairs bathroom to use at your convenience.

After a day on the lake, relax in comfortable patio furniture on the large screened in deck with propane fire pit or by the wood fire pit out back. Grill dinner on the propane grill, or cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Wherever you plan to relax, windows from all levels of the house overlook a forested lake view.

This house is lakefront with a dock on an Army Corps of Engineers (COE) owned lake. The dock is not allowed for use of personal watercraft, but the shoreline is public land that can be used for fishing and swimming. It is a flood control lake so water levels can vary depending on time of year. Lake is typically full from May - October. The closest boat launch is a North Fork Campground, 8 minute drive, and closest marina is Nick’s Boat Dock, 10 minute drive. Feel free to send us a message if you have more questions on this.

Contactless check in is available through a keypad on the front door. A code will be sent 24 hours prior to check in with additional instructions.

There is off-street parking space for 5-7 cars.

There are 8 steps to enter the front door of the house and several flights of stairs to get down to the lake.
