"Zimmer etwas abgewohnt, Bad war bei Ankunft nicht sauber. Frühstück in Ordnung aber das Personal sowohl im Restaurant als auch an der Rezeption unfreundlich-nicht mal ein Gruss war möglich. Bei unseren sonstigen Hotels in Irland waren die Angestellten immer extrem höflich.

wrong charges on the room and double payment
"terrible mess with the check out. they charged bathing caps to my room and double charged after I had already prepaid on your platform which I could proof. Expedia being their partner, is it really my problem and do I really have to pay twice? They did not even care to see my credit card statement and payment confirmation from the day of booking "
