Whistler in the fall with family
I chose the property because of its location and it didn't disappoint. It was close to everything-restaurants, breakfast place, coffee shop, grocery store, souvenir shops. The property was clean, hotel room was clean. Front desk was very helpful. Jovie, our room attendant was very helpful and did a great job keeping our room clean and replenished with supplies.

All the staff were super friendly and we had a great experience with our pets! The room had dog bowls, toys and towels waiting for them when we checked in.

The room was very comfortable, and the service quality was excellent. However, there were two minor issues. First, there was only one tea bag in the room, which suggests that the housekeeping staff might not have been very attentive. Second, when I checked out, I requested a receipt for the parking fee from the front desk, and they said it would be emailed to me, but I never received it. These are minor issues, but if they could be improved, it would make the experience perfect.

Great location , clean, great mattress and functional little kitchen. Parking is very tight so if you have a large vehicle use the free parking nearby

convenient location near good restaurants. stayed here overnight to go to the scandinave spa ($12 for a taxi each way). good that the room we booked had a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge with freezer. hotel is more affordable than many other hotels in the village too. the place is a bit run down though.

We loved our stay at the Summit Hotel. Such a warm welcome for people and puppies! Our one bedroom suite was so well situated, well stocked and cozy with the two fires! Our puppy was treated like royalty by everyone he met - and the experience in the lifts became a favourite daily adventure. The puppy welcome bowl, snacks and towel were so thoughtful! The hotel is really well situated for walking all over whistler, eating out in the evening, shopping and getting to some local trails. Underground parking was so convenient. We loved our stay and hope to be back again soon.
