I booked with you for a few years and this is the only property that I felt wasn’t up to your standards.The property was on the top floor I know it was only 2fligts but my husband is 89 and found it difficult,it doesn’t say it on the website for booking.
There was poor communication about getting into the property as I didn’t receive an email about the key safe to get in ,wi-fi was not working all week and I had to keep messaging and sending photos about the problem.
It wasn’t as clean as the places we have stayed in before,I will send you some photos.
The property was perfectly located. Easy access to everything Whitby has to offer. No air - heat or cool. Also parking is tricky and we got a ticket due to the complicated system. Otherwise just fine. Would stay again.
Great location and served our purposes nicely. I managed to park outside the flat which was very handy (and lucky).
Only minor irritations were a shower that refused to go hot and was only “aired” and no teabags!…
