Poor sound proofing
Overall clean but there were a lot of ghetto people in the hotel. These people made a lot of noises in the hallway and everyone can hear them. Poor sound proof key but otherwise alright.

Hotel was excellent in all areas except for two things. It is the worst hotel for any person who is "alone and disabled in a wheelchair." I think the building is not wheelchair friendly unless a second person is with them. It is also inconvenient for guests to walk to a store or restaurant which were not far away because there are no sidewalks in front of hotel. Guests have to walk on grass for a while until they start to see sidewalks farther from hotel. It is best to take a bus or drive to stores and restaurants. Overall the experience was good.

Arrived quite late due to circumstances beyond my control. I called in advance knowing this, and was told “that’d be alright.” The front desk, upon our arrival, was evidently not made aware, and made us rebook a room directly with them, at nearly double the cost from our reservation with Expedia. It’s been a week and they won’t return my call, so that Expedia can at least refund me. Zero care and sympathy from the front desk, after an exhausting night and early morning of driving.
