The property was clean, but had a night where they lost power. All my food went bad in the fridge, and the night ended early due to having no power. The flashing light kept me up for a bit, then power returned at 4am. I know it wasn't the hotel's fault overall, but that was the experience for that stay.

I just wish the pool was available for more time. We were a last minute stay for the night, and wish my little one could have had even 30 minutes to swim, but the pool closed at 6pm. This was not specified on the hotel advertisment.

I saw the coffee station dirty a few times. One male staff walked away after seeing me approaching the kitchen area. All I wanted to ask for was water for making coffee. There was none on the table in the hallway. I had a very bad headache and as I stayed in the hotel while dealing with my son’s funeral. The front desk Spanish girl was very nice, pleasant and courteous.

I have used Expedia for a long time and need a refund, I did not get the room you advertised and up charged me for the room smelled of musty body odor and pets. I found a disgusting large mucus booger with nose hair right visible on the wall and have the video of it. I used Expedia so much and need this resolved and no one emailed me from front desk as they said I would Melissa and Lovely the night deal reps said they would make sure manager would. Still no response. This was a beyond upsetting.
