Room reeked, notified front desk staff nothing done about it. Found beer cans stashed behind furniture. Booked shuttle services from a local concert, and driver called to tell us he was there. When all along he never even left the hotel.

When my flight was detoured from Dallas to Wichita, I had to find a hotel to stay at. Due to the proximity and free airport shuttle I chose this hotel. The staff could not have been nicer, if everybody in Wichita is like this, then everybody should go. The hotel was nice and clean.

Nice but our room had some maintenence issues
Room was clean and nice. Good price and a free shuttle to airport. Also 1 free week of parking then $8/day if you leave your car longer. Toilet valve did not work properly so had to take lid off to adjust after each flush. Heat/ac unit also on fritz. Took cover off at advice of staff to look for reaet button and found a wire connection unplugged. They offered a new room but we declined due to late hour and already having unpacked.

The pictures online show this place much nicer than it seems to be or they were taking quite a while ago. Our AC unit in our room was not working properly. We noticed after we unloaded everything and we’re tired. Did not want to switch rooms. Two lightbulbs burn out in the bathroom. The place needs some TLC

The motel is a little hard to get to but is worthwhile to look for! It is clean!! The staff is great, very helpful!! The atmosphere, and the attitude of the staff is great! Lots of smiles, and quite friendly!

The room smelled horribly of mold, sheets were too big for the bed, phone didn’t work, my mom had to change rooms because her TV didn’t work. 1 of the receptionist was not friendly or helpful at all!
