Phenomenal customer service!
Comfort Inn was more than accommodating. The hotel and this app somehow allowed me to book a room when they didn’t have any available. The front desk worked with management to allow use to a room that was ‘out of order.’ It was still very comfortable and we were very grateful for their efforts!

Great breakfast buffet. I don't like the Car Wash that dominates the entrance and hides the hotel. Might check the a/c in Room 207. Carpet is a little damp, maybe from condensation.

We had no AC in our room! The property was sold out so we were unable to move rooms. The beds were never made so the sheets and pillows were stacked on top of the beds. I had to call the front desk for bath towels since the room was not fully flipped from the guests before us.

Very clean, breakfast was good and the breakfast area was kept very clean. The only thing I didn't care for was the entrance off the highway was a little hard to find and parking was a little cramped.
