The stay was brief but very positive and the front staff was very helpful. We thought that the fire alarm was going but the front desk staff showed my wife that it was only her phone alarm was going off in her purse. Very nice staff.

So, so stay!
Check in was great. They accommodated us on a late check in which was great. However the room was clean but honestly smelled like livestock upon entering. The bathroom was ok, but if you don't like hard beds you are out of luck. Also, one morning even with the do not disturb sign on the door we had someone knocking while we were asleep to ask if we needed coffee???? Finally we asked for a late checkout when departing and we also had housekeeping knocking on the door wanting to come in and start cleaning at regular check out time.

The lampshade on the nightstand was all cracked and had big holes in it! The side of the bathtub was repaired with blue painter’s tape all along the side. The tub and floor were dirty. There was lots of rust beside facet, and smelled mold when taking a bath. Lots of roaches, all over the room, bed and bathroom! Batteries didn’t work in remote. Asked for fresh towels after 3 days. Didn’t bring any new towels or empty trash. I had to empty it. No extra trash bags, that I asked for. No extra cups. Room had a very unpleasant smell. Couldn’t get rid of the smell by opening window or spraying Lysol. Rust also along side of bathroom door. Carpet was wet over by the air conditioner Have stayed at this hotel for many times, and I have never seen anything like this before!!! I am very disappointed and disgusted! This needs to be made right as I paid $530 on this piece of **** room! I will never stay at this hotel again. I want some of my money back. The front desk was told about the roaches, and didn’t seem concerned. How can a business get this neglected?

We loved that we were able to accommodate our family of 6 in one room. Kids got to swim in their indoor pool. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Great stay.

Side door wouldn’t open, staff had to unlock from inside. Floor of room felt damp, I believe it needs window opened to circulate the air and dry the carpet. Noise outside from people partying in the parking lot. Room was quite after they left.

We stay here often when visiting family in Kansas. It is easy and convenient to the airport and shopping - not in a crowded area but right near a major store. Staff is always very nice - breakfast is really good. The hotel is always clean

Everything was good with room. Eggs , potatoes and sausage were cold. Did not appreciate having to put up a 100. 00 deposit for things that might happen or whatever I might want in their market. Never had that happen before. Said it would be refunded if I didn’t use it. Said all motels do it now. I disagree.

The bathroom tub didn’t drain properly, the room smelled like mildew the whole time I was there. Everything felt moist. The bathtub was rusted. The bathroom wall had water damage. Overall disappointing!!! Will not stay there again!!!
