At check-in, we were told there was a kit to the pull out couch and to look at it first, and if we thought we needed the kit to come back down and get it, despite there being 5 of us and already knowing we would need the pull out couch. As we walked through the lobby and into the elevator the floors were filthy! Before we got to our room another guest staying at the hotel warned us that the walls had wet paint on them and to not touch them, something that should have been told to us at check in, but wasn’t. Once we got to our room, it was dark. Two of the lights weren’t working, one lamp didn’t even have a light bulb in it. There was a punctured K-cup on the counter with coffee grounds all over it. When I walked in the bathroom, there were only 4 towels and one wash cloth. So we had to go back down to get the pull out couch kit and more towels from the get go. We had a handicapped accessible room, when the pull out couch was pulled out into a bed, it was not handicapped accessible, I could barley squeeze by the bed and the counter to get to the bathroom. In the shower, one of the handicap bars was pulling out of the shower wall. When we notified the hotel about the lights, they came and replaced one and not the other. The other main light to our room was over the only other mirror in the room except for the bathroom, so it made getting ready the next morning challenging. However, despite all of the mishaps, the beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was great.

Nice hotel with nice staff!
Room was nice and clean and cool. Pool was nice, could have been cleaner. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff was super nice and friendly and helpful. Hallway upstairs was warmer but the problem was solved by going to the room. I used the laundry facility and it was pay with card and the room was warm, but it was clean and the washer and dryer were great and only cost $3.00 per load. My clothes got nice and clean and dry. Our stay was peaceful and we slept well.

Disappointing for a Holiday Inn
Water stains on ceiling in bathroom, peeling toilet seat, tub drained extremely slow and evidence of water damage on bottom of bathroom door. Seemed to have no exhaust in bathroom either. No AC in elevator or hallways. Standard breakfast with flies in the breakfast area. Phone in room could not call the front desk or make any other in house calls. I usually select Holiday Inn because I feel they are always satisfactory. Not this one!

Walls were dirty. Pool was very dirty and cloudy. The carpet was sticky. We had hair in our bathtub half of the outlets don’t work. My phone didn’t work. The gaps around the door had so much light coming in. You could see where it had been flooded or something the paint was falling off the bottom of the doors. The doors were buckling at the very bottom, just not a nice hotel won’t stay again

AC was off, room was 84 and took 3 hours to cool. HOT. Worst Holiday Inn experience. Paint was peeling. No AC in hallways. The place was run down, not maintained.
