It was fine, but housekeeping would not stop knocking on our door starting at 8:30am and would come back in 15-30 minute intervals. It was super frustrating and made it to where we felt rushed and couldn’t relax.

Terrible

I seen that the hotel had great reviews and that’s why we stayed there. Unfortunately our room we stayed in was disgusting! I didn’t even want to take a shower because of how bad the mold was inside the shower! There was either body wash or shampoo on the shower wall from the previous person who stayed before us. So the housekeeper did not do a good job cleaning the room. There were fingerprints all over the pictures on the wall. The the swimming pool was absolutely disgusting! The water was not clear. The water looked very cloudy. I could not believe the black mold all over the ceiling and walls. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Our reservation was confirmed for a king size bed with walk in shower. But they tried to switch us to a room queen beds instead when I called about check in. I then told the front desk clerk that I had the printed confirmation for a king and she switched us back. BUT when we got to the room it was NOT a walk in shower as shown. Disappointed as husband has issues with tubs due to knee surgery and we told hotel this. We were not able to change rooms so had to deal with it. VERY disappointed!!
