the first time and last time !!!
The hotel was closed on arrival at 10:02 p.m. ... after a long discussion we were checked in .... they informed us that they had no telephone number from us and therefore could not contact us beforehand ... a joke! The double room was clearly too expensive for the price of 131 euros plus an additional 4.50 euros tourist tax without breakfast for 2 nights ... smelled of mold and was cold on arrival. There are better overnight stays in the surrounding area ... we don't sleep there anymore ... the hotel is very old.

Good: friendly, helpful stuff (we had problems with our doors-they were trying to repair them, but eventually moved us to other room); clean & modern rooms; air conditioning; quiet area; Bad: limited lighting-no ceiling light; bad wi-fi reception in the upstairs rooms; Generally really good place to stay.

Couldnt adjust the temperature - very hot. Tiny TV, lots of desks with no lights. Internet speed fine. Cracked door shade. Good as a low budget hotel, but not overall appealing.

The Hotel is dirty and old, there is no open window or air-condition inside the room, we must sleep with open door all night, the hotel stuff is very unkindly, I do not recommend this place!

Functional overnight stop
We booked overnight at this hotel for business in Wiener Neustadt. The description was adequate .The positive was we were able to have one room/apartment for 3 people and there was nothing else we could find on the internet. Negatives were the noise of other guests clanging on the verandah day ad night and i would definitely not rate the breakfast as 4 star just basic. Staff helpful.
