Heritage Holiday Home In Wienhausen near River

This is a historic old barn, more than 400 years old and is one of the oldest buildings in the Südheide region. It has been converted into a quaint holiday home while preserving the original features. It is located in the Nordburg in Lower Saxony, Germany. This home accommodates upto 5 people, is pet-friendly, and offers free WiFi. There are many leisure activities in the immediate area, including a swimming pool, outdoor pool, tennis, mini-golf and riding. Other places of interest include the Wienhausen Monastery which is 6 km away, Celle with its old town and historic castle is 17 km, Gifhorn is 30 km and the famous car city of Wolfsburg is 50 km. The grounds around the home have a play area, sun bathing area, swing, climbing frames and sandpit. With prior arrangement, one may avail the use of 4 bicycles free of charge, and also fish in the country estates pond.Public transport is available 100 m away and the nearest airport is 50 km away.
