I was very happy with my stay here. While the rooms are basic, it's clean, quiet & comfortable & the front office staff are some of the best I've encountered in stays at many different hotels.

Good quiet locations. felt very safe. Rundown property but clean and comfortable. Love when they give you 3 pillows instead of just two. Easy to get to. No bugs. Ac worked. Nice hot shower.

Check-in was pleasant. The owners are obviously taking care in the restoration of the property. Room to go, but a lot of progress already quite evident! Kudos to Management for making this a nice place to stay!

Room waa very clean. Nice TV, very comfortable bed, and a frig and microwave. Carpet and bathroom are quite dated, but to be fair we were offered an upgrade to newly remodeled room. We declined as we weren't going to be in the room that much. The couple managing the motel are so helpful and friendly. We liked the area because its in historic old town Willcox. Restaurants and museums are within a short distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is near railroad tracks and the trains run all night. No frills in the room. Comfortable bed and clean. No shampoo, conditioner, or lotion, just body wash. Bathroom looked to be remodeled recently.
