Curaçao as an island is beautiful and the people are welcoming. I encourage you you get off the resort to see the west side beaches. Would recommend Curaçao but not this resort, The good: the resort is beautiful, there were always lounge chairs available by the pool and beach, you can walk to town, the Italian restaurant is pretty good and we were able to see turtles and fish snorkeling right off of the beach. The struggle: our room wasn’t ready until over an hour after check-in and the elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage up six flights of narrow stairs, the buffet food is mediocre at best, the dinner reservation system needs a reset (you can only make reservations at 10 am for the next day so the buffet is your only option the first two days), sushi restaurant has very little choice and the BBQ restaurant was never available (even after waiting in line for reservations), beds were made each day but the floor was not swept and we had to ask for soap to be refilled (never was fixed.)

This property is beautiful. Lots of lovely views of the ocean. Multiple options for drinks and food. The reserved restaurants all served delicious food. It’s a short walk from the resort to Queen Emma bridge

Got "upgraded" from ocean front to ocean view above a noisy alley. Hotel advertised as "kid free" and there are kids everywhere. Dining optuons were closed multiple nights. Cor & Don BBQ was awful. Cold meats reheated. 1 of the 4 people working were actually working. Other 3 were eating and drinking while we have empty cups and plates. If you want a nice relaxing vacation.....this isnt it

From the moment we checked in until the end of the stay, it was awful! We got there at 2 check in was at 3. We had 2 rooms 1 wasn't available till after 4 and the other after 5. Mind you we traveled from north and were in warm clothes and it was 100 degrees! Once in the rooms and ventured around the resort it was very dirty from the grounds to the food areas, the glasswear just everything! Not one person looked friendly or gave even sub par service. We saw birds eating off plates that were sitting for legthly amounts of time in the buffet area. We sat by the lounge area outside and 3 nights in a row and saw large sized rats running around. There were holes in the celing of the lobby bar area. Peoples empty and left over drinks all over the pool area. Fruit from drinks all over and not cleaned for the entire day with zero urgency from the staff. Just awful. The buffet served the SAME selection every breakfast, lunch and dinner, no variety. The cups didn’t even look washed as they were covered in film. Food was awful. I would not recommend or ever return. I've traveled outside of the country multiple times and this is by far the worst resort I have ever stayed at. The island is rather safe. Don't book all inclusive and definitely not here if thats the way you choose to go.

I waited 4 hours to get a room after it was time to check-in and O booked this hotel months ago. The rooms were tiny, no room service, customer service bad. Not very good dinning/ food/ buffet options, very limited. The restaurants off resort were always booked up, no reservations.

Came here for my birthday all though I didn't get my special request I still had fun. The food was great , I was hooked on the potato salad for 3 days of my trip so hats off to the chef. The drinks were so good and the staff were very friendly. When I come back to Curacao I definitely will be staying here again. The one thing I wished they had was an airport shuttle.

Rooms are not ready at check-in time. We had to wait until 6:30pm before a room was available. Housekeeping services were minimal and did not provide good service. The beds were comfortable. A few different dining options but very limited seating at the restaurants. if you do not reserve dinner in the hotel app, you will not get a seating. RJ was of tremendois help and support. Mice were seen on hotel premises during dinner time. Electrical outlets are dutch and you would need a converter. USB is another option but their USB ports dont charge well if at all.

It was our first time in Curacao and the staff made it really enjoyable. Everytime we needed them to order a taxi they had a taxi for us within 5 minutes. The food was really good, the pool and the beach were amazing! Really enjoyed our time here :)

For all inclusive we were not treated as such , no one came to our aid and made us book excursions that were cancelled and never notified us about it , ruining our entire day and made an inconvenience when we wanted our money back.
