I really enjoyed the property's location, near the beach and lots of restraunts in the sand and on the water. The staff were really nice. It was also convient to have parking included. I believe they use a laundry company and we had to exchange our sheets several times to get a clean set (one set had shoe marks, another had a streak of something). Upon check in they did not give us the upgraded top floor room that we booked and we did not realize till a couple days later. They then upgraded us, but I didn't like that it got missed at check in. The garden, pool and parking lot sides of the hotel are pretty quiet, but the ocean view side can hear music some nights from across the street. All in all I would love to stay there again.

Amazing family vacation
Amazing stay at the Dolphin Suites and Wellness. The suite was clean, comfortable, with a well equipped and functional kitchen and great organization. The pool had toys for the kid. There was free beach access a few minutes walk away on a sandy beach protected from waves. They supplied beach / pool towels. And the staff was super friendly and helpful. Great overall stay.

The property is in walking distances of an average five minutes to the sea aquarium, mambo beach, mood beaches shopping areas. The staff was lovely. Area is very very safe and clean also all staff are multilingual.

We loved the resort, walking distance to the beach were a few footsteps and having Sea Aquarium also steps away from your lovely resort. Poolside was a plus although we did not get time to use the pool, much prefer the beach. Mambo beach was beautiful. 10/10 for Dolphin Suites.

Great place to stay especially with family. We had a top floor suite that had a gorgeous view of the sunset and nightly fireworks. easy walk to the beach and aquarium. My only takeaway is that if we go back we will rent a car because it's not close to downtown. The room was clean for the most part, besides the rug needed to be vacuumed or swept.

The hotel is wonderful. The staff, especially at the restaurant is fantastic and warm. The location ideal. If you want a small boutique hotel in the heart of mambo beach. Look no further.

No direct beach access... to much paperwork i had to fill out.. they gave a sheet with rules and extra charges if i stole stuff also extra cleaning charges it felt very cold, hostile and uninviting thankfully i stayed only one night it felt like i stayed in a basement could hear stomping/footsteps from above

As locals we enjoyed our weekend getaway! We rented out the deluxe suite. We had a full equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a gorgeous bathroom and a big balcony. The pool is nice and quiet. I honestly did miss some night activities. The restaurant closes early and there are no F&B available after 4:00 PM. But we were aware of this and prepared in advance. There are many great restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. All by all a very nice location and friendly employees. I will definitely return

It was only for one night. Staff was wonderful. Room very spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was perfect. Very nice facility. Just had little to no amenities. Wasnā€™t able to get extra coffee or sugar in the evening or in the morning. No one around to help ask questions.

My friends and I were very happy with the Dolphin Suites. Everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful. I was very pleased with the staff specially the front desk and management. Our room was lovely, clean and celebrated a special birthday with friends. I got the birthday package, and they made the decorations very special. This location is great and can walk safely. Highly recommend.
