The staff was very nice and friendly. Good location. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The only one thing was it was a ground floor room near the entrance and had a few times when someone was smoking outside and we could smell it. Breakfast had the standard items and was good.

This Comfort Inn was great. Staff at the front desk went over and beyond to help with questions we had about distance to Zable Field, restaurants close by, and even helped me get our Uber driver (we're older and first time we have used an Uber!). Great experience here and will definitely be staying there again for other William & Mary games.

Very friendly reception and easy check-in. Clean, fresh smelling room and comfortable beds/pillows. Thrilled it has BATHROOM VENT FAN! Lots of places don't have them anymore for some reason.
