Overall the property is great for for some reason I have stayed here twice recently and they will not let you check in early at all! Which is really annoying when you can tell they are clearly not busy!

The room was clean for the most part, but they use a deodorizer I’m assuming in the carpet, and it killed my allergies. Thankfully, they were able to unlock our windows and allowed us to open the windows about 2” to air out the room. Pool floors are really slippery, both my kids fell twice. Be careful if the floor is wet. Breakfast was really good. Location was great and had a shuttle to local amusement park.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The only issues is the pool was not opened Thursday evening or Friday when my boys would have liked to use it. It was opened Saturday but crowded with tournament kids. There was only one elevator working. Which was barely noticeable until the weekend when the tournament kids and families showed up. Otherwise I would have given this location 5 stars.

The hotel carpet flooring was old, smelly and dirty especially in my room. Toiletries ran out and had to call multiple times to get service! The second day consisted of just replenishing the towels!!!! No making the bed or replenish the items in the room. Did I mention the room carpet was smelly, stained and dirty! I will not be staying there again!

Will definitely come back next year.
The stay was great. Only thing I didn’t like about the stay was that our room was right next to the elevator. It makes it convenient but the elevator made noise every time it went up, down, and the doors opened. My last night there, it seemed to be in use all night long.
