The overall hotel was good. But, they dont have parking. The public parking lot is one block over. Or maybe you get lucky and get a parking meter spot right in front of the hotel.

It was good. There is construction going on across the street. The television cable/satellite service was down for several hours one day. One day we somehow were not on the list for housekeeping service but we were able to get some clean towels.

Great property and great location. Staff very helpful and accomodating-let us drop our bags off early, long before check in-so we could go explore. There is construction going on across the street, but we didn’t notice any extra noise from the room during the day, and the work stopped by evening. Parking is valet-with in and out privileges, or you can park in a parkade for $10 a day with no in/out privileges. Overall great place to stay.

We were told we couldn’t reserve a room with her I would have to book through Expedia, etc. I walked out with my stuff and rented elsewhere. This was a wonderful place to stay! The staff was very friendly, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the room was so clean the bathtub and shower actually shined! So close to everything downtown Wilmington! The only downside is that unless you want to do the valet parking, you will park in the deck across the street, which was not a big deal to us. Will definitely be staying here again!

In general I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was in a good location and the room was clean and staff courteous. However, I'm pretty sure something happened to my trucks passenger side mirror. I've never had an issue with it and after my stay it will no longer rotate.

I have been to this hotel several times in the the past; however on this visit I noted a deterioration in the facility. The room was not cleaned up to standard. I found hair in both the sink and bathtub on arrival. The staff was excellent and extremely accommodating.
