We normally like Holiday Inn express, however, there was a bedbug on top of the very white sheet, which we had a little trouble killing, we took the bug down to the front desk and a male employee Confirmed it was indeed a bedbug. We had to change rooms late at night, which consisted of repacking all our belongings, putting them on a cart and taking them from the fourth floor to the first floor, which was a tremendous inconvenience. We have filled out one of these forms before and awaiting a reply.

Overall the hotel was very nice and clean, the room had a rather stale smell to it but nothing bad. The staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again
