I checked into my non-smoking room in the non-smoking property and observed the overwhelming odor of marijuana. The elevator from the ground floor to the 2nd floor was fine, but there was a missing button on the second floor to go down. My first room key did not work on day 1, my second room key did not work on day 2. Loud noises from motorcycles and hotel guests at ungodly hours. Price was good...everything else was not.

There were cockroaches in my sisters room, and one of the beds in my room had bed bugs along with getting bites all over feet and ankles. You get what you pay for.

We didn’t even get to stay the night when we walked in there were a few roaches we tried to look past it but the people next door were having intercourse VERY loud so we said that’s it we are leaving. I wanted to use the restroom before we left when I open the bathroom door there were four roaches scattering in the bathroom it was disgusting so I just left. It looked like it would be clean besides the stained sheets, dirty floors, and sweaty finger prints on the head board but the roaches did it for me. I requested a refund but was told I could not get one although I didn’t stay the night there.

The hallways were very dirty. Ice machine did not work , noisy .it looked as if people acually were living out of the rooms stains on the chairs where you ate breakfast . Lack of cleanliness
The room looked like it was only “surface cleaned”. Microwave was filthy. There was BLOOD in the bathroom on the side of the toilet, the tub, and the back of the door. We asked them to clean it and they still didn’t get it all cleaned up. Saw a few bugs crawling near the air conditioner on the floor when we were about to check out. Mattress was ok but sagged in the middle. Also tried to charge my card extra when I had paid through hotels dot com. For the price I expected an ok room but was at least expecting it to be cleaned properly.
