Worth for a night
Overall trip was good. Receptionist wasnt friendly and even complained about us asking a question. Tub had weird mark so didnt use. But for a night wasnt bad.

The hotel was nice for a night. We were charged a $100 deposit that hotels.com did not mention. And then the manager didnt want to give us the deposit back because he couldnt remember us paying in cash. It was a headach. Then we had the house keeper just walk right into our room at 9:30am (check out is 11) with the do not disturb sign on the door.

Just a dirty property had dirty wet cleaning rags left on top of our “clean” towels bed linens had stains and dirty front desk person was very friendly though

Bad hotel nasty I will call the health department
I booked 4 room ones I get the key the room was dirty and mold same minute I get to the front desk I ask for different room he said the rest of the room worse and he said he will return the money within 5 business days . Hotel.com too . But no one refund the money I will report this to the business bureau as well health department.

Such a great staff, so kind and so helpful! Not for once did I nor my girlfriend feel unsafe , like past place we stayed. Would definitely recommend it , close to downtown and great food places around as well .

The hotel was ok. The AC was not very good, the room and bedding was clean but the carpets in the rooms and the halls were old, worn, and dirty looking. The room had a bit of a musty odor. It was a decent , cheap hotel for a one night stay but not something or somewhere I would recommend.

For the facility itself I would say 3. It's reasonably priced but a little rundown and tired. The on site desk staff is very friendly. My only real complaint is that I was totally unable to make it to Wilmington for the first night of my 5 night stay. Coming into North Carolina from the West, Interstate 40 was closed because of the flooding in western NC. I called in and reported my situation so it's not like I just didn't show up. Upon arriving I asked for a refund and was told to call their corporate headquarters who told me my only remedy was to stay an extra night. Unfortunately I could not do that so as it stands I am out the cost of the night for the room that due to circumstances beyond my control I was unable to make. I don't think this company showed proper action in the face of one of the worst ever natural disasters. I'll stay elsewhere next trip to Wilmington.
