Great front desk agent during check-in. Room left a lot to be desired. Specifcally, stained living room wing chair, mattress cover did not fit bed so it created bulges under fitted sheet, poor pillows - each one was a different size and were flat once you laid on them, bathroom toilet with stains inside of bowl was gross, and toilet seat too small for toilet resulting in crooked seat. Tick crawing on bathroom floor! Ice machine was totally gross ! Thank goodness this was a one night stay.

The room and front dest service was superb except there was no hair dryer ....BUT the breakfast was awful. There was only 3 pieces of fruit apple and pear ?? It's breakfast where are the bananas....there was no milk for the cereal and no syrup for the waffles. The only eggs were hard boiled and the sausage gravy ??? And we were in the breakfast area at 7:30 and nothing had been attended to when we left at 7:50. SMH. Your breakfast was always worth paying a little extra for the room...sorry not anymore

The main light in the room flickered so much that we turned it off. There was a big black cricket in the room. Both of our keys stopped working. Other than this, the building is nice, it’s quiet and parking and location were convenient.
